Avani Plus Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites

Breakfast was great, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and did everything to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Rooms were a perfect size for a family and it felt like a home from home.

I booked this hotel as it was very very well priced for May in the heart of Dubai! I stayed in this hotel with my sister for 1 week in May and I have to say from the very first moment I turned up, I got my door opened for me from the Uber. I then had every single door opened for me throughout my stay. They have complimentary luggage service taken straight to your room, the reception staff are so so lovely they can’t do enough for you! They call to make sure you are enjoying your stay and if they can help you! Every staff member you see are always so polite and smiling! The breakfast is unreal! Sweet treats, cereal, fresh yoghurts, smoothies, fruit and full hot breakfasts are just some of these options! The hotel is so friendly, air conditioned everywhere, they play live sports, has two infinity pools with views of the Burj Al Arab and the Burj Khalifa! The hotel smells amazing it’s a mixture of essential oils and truly makes you feel at home! They clean your room every single day and fill up waters in your fridge and help you with any issues you have (although I didn’t have any problems here) you are a 10 minute drive to the Palm and around 25 mins from downtown Dubai. Taxi and Uber here are so easy and you can get these from outside the hotel and the staff at the hotel ensure you get in a safe taxi and know where they are taking you! You have balcony views of the city and the hotel is very very clean. This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Myself and my sister travel the world and this is by far the best I’ve ever seen! Oh and make sure you get the monorail from the Palm Gateway station which is 5 mins walk from the hotel… you can go all the way to Atlantis and get scenic views all across the palm. I believe it was 60 AED for two people return. IF YOU WANT TO STAY IN DUBAI…PLEASE LET THIS BE IT!

the hotel was clean and stocked up with kitchen and bathroom utilities at all times. The staff are really professional and always happy to assist. Our housekeeping duos Shakti and Sita were so nice. They always kept out rooms neat and tidy. Although I would sometimes tell them not to worry about making the bed, we would still come to a nicely made bed. They were very thorough with cleaning every room and bathroom/toilets. The breakfast was amazing.. There were lots of food and different choices everyday. The juice bar, the coffee station, the salad bar, the sweet corner, and lots more. I loved my vegetarian dishes. The pool was amazing. The waiters will take no time in bringing in your order with their smiley faces. Everyone in the reception area was very helpful too. I would recommend this hotel to everyone as it u it s is close to public transport, grocery store and most importantly it is close to the famous Palm.

I loved the very polite and accomodating staff. Response time was immediate and they attended to every request. My kids loved their stay. I'm definitely doing this again. The location was also very good and central.

Amazing location, it is close to the metro/tram stations as well as the Palm monorail, the tram station is just couple of minutes walking, which made it extremely easy for those who opt not to rent a car. Also it was very close to the JBR beach, Marina walk which made the planning for the night with the family much easier. The staff were amazing, they upgraded our room as we preferred the sea view apartment ( which was worth it, despite our request to pay the difference, but the hotel ended up adding no extra charge). The rooms are clean with very comfortable beds. The staff are very friendly, smiley and very professional. The breakfast was nice and diverse. All in all, this is an amazing place and worth every penny. Special thanks to the management and the wonderful staff( Dahood, Rose , Zahra for such an excellent hospitality)
