I booked this hotel as it was very very well priced for May in the heart of Dubai! I stayed in this hotel with my sister for 1 week in May and I have to say from the very first moment I turned up, I got my door opened for me from the Uber. I then had every single door opened for me throughout my stay. They have complimentary luggage service taken straight to your room, the reception staff are so so lovely they can’t do enough for you! They call to make sure you are enjoying your stay and if they can help you! Every staff member you see are always so polite and smiling! The breakfast is unreal! Sweet treats, cereal, fresh yoghurts, smoothies, fruit and full hot breakfasts are just some of these options! The hotel is so friendly, air conditioned everywhere, they play live sports, has two infinity pools with views of the Burj Al Arab and the Burj Khalifa! The hotel smells amazing it’s a mixture of essential oils and truly makes you feel at home! They clean your room every single day and fill up waters in your fridge and help you with any issues you have (although I didn’t have any problems here) you are a 10 minute drive to the Palm and around 25 mins from downtown Dubai. Taxi and Uber here are so easy and you can get these from outside the hotel and the staff at the hotel ensure you get in a safe taxi and know where they are taking you! You have balcony views of the city and the hotel is very very clean. This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Myself and my sister travel the world and this is by far the best I’ve ever seen! Oh and make sure you get the monorail from the Palm Gateway station which is 5 mins walk from the hotel… you can go all the way to Atlantis and get scenic views all across the palm. I believe it was 60 AED for two people return. IF YOU WANT TO STAY IN DUBAI…PLEASE LET THIS BE IT!

My husband and I stayed in Avani as part of our honeymoon trip. We ordered balloons & Prosecco as an add on to be set up in our room when we’re checking in and got some complementary cake also! The set up was so lovely. The room was unbelievable, we had a superior 1 bed apartment with sea view and the views were incredible. The room was so clean, the housekeeping was great and in general it was so well equipped with all the bits that you may need. The staff were incredible; always friendly and gave us advice any time we inquired about something; Honestly everything was just absolutely superb, one of the best properties I’ve stayed at! Would come back 100%

I liked everything about this hotel. Zahra and all the reception staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and met all of our needs. Shafeeq at concierge was very helpful with anywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were very big and we were given a free upgrade with palm Jumeira and sea view. Staff also gave us a very late check out as our flight was late at night. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety. The best swimming pool we have seen in Dubai and the only one which stays open till 10pm. Very friendly staff, always wanting to help you with a smile. Will come back to this hotel anytime.

If I could pick only one, I would say the staff - in all my years of travel and holidays, I have never seen such an exceptional team anywhere in the world. They literally read their customers needs and act before they are even asked. That made our stay so much more comfortable. We knew we could just focus on enjoying our holiday and anniversary. Staff was absolutely fantastic, kind and always helpful. We were able to get late check out and could stay around the pool due to late flight. We visited the hotel during Ramadan and we loved the iftar every evening. Food was delicious, especially the lamb with rice. Pool was always quite warm to swim in, room was spacious and super clean. Nothing was problem. Definitely recommended.
